The Recording Industry Association of America plans to announce an amnesty program that will let copyright infringers off the hook if they promise to delete all their music files and change their wicked ways. The RIAA is asking for -- get this -- a notarized amnesty form to be sent to them with a copy of your driver's license. The "offer" only applies to those who haven't yet been subpoenaed.
