Federal judge James Ware ordered today that the trial of accused industrial spies Fei Ye and Ming Zhong will begin in June. The two were busted at the San Francisco airport in November 2001 with large suitcases packed with trade secrets and stolen equipment from Sun, NEC, Transmeta and Trident. They're accused of stealing the secrets in order to go back to China and start a new microprocessor company in cahoots with the Chinese government (hey, it worked for the space program...).
