HP Chairman and CEO Carly Fiorina said later that morning at a New York Security Analyst Meeting that HP had, in fact, made no such announcement regarding Livermore and Blackmore, but that the services and enterprise groups had been in the process of being combined since June, a process that would not be complete until mid 2004. Then on Wednesday, Fiorina clarified and gave details about major organizational and executive changes separately to the press and to employees. Here's what we know -- and don't know -- about the changes.
