A spam filter company study has found that only about 10 percent of spam complies with the new federal "can spam" law that went into effect January 1. Folks: Spammers won't comply until they're in jail. The new law is an empty excercise in election-year pandering, as there's no workable discover or enforcement mechanisms. Bring on the bounty hunters!
