Surpringly, T-Mobile and Sprint are actually hated more than AT&T Wireless by customers, according to a recent study. Another surprise: Verizon is only second best in customer warm-and-fuzziness, defeated by Nextel. Here are the percentages of customers who say they're dissatisfied: T-Mobile (25%), Sprint (21.9%), AT&T Wireless (21.2%), Cingular (17.9%), Verizon Wireless (10.4%), Nextel (8.8%). Here's what will come as a surprise to no one: Some two-thirds of the reasons for unhappiness are related to billing problems.
