A quadriplegic man has been upgraded with a chip that enables him to send and receive e-mail and play computer games using only his thoughts. In June, surgeons implanted the device, which contains 100 electrodes connected to his cortex, and sends wireless signals to a computer. It's the ultimate joystick.
