Bandai, the irresponsible Japanese company responsible for the now faded Tamagotchi craze, will make software available November 23 that will enable iMode phone users to interact via infrared with the IR version of Tamagotchi gadgets in the same way that the new IR gadgets interact with each other. Why anyone would want to do this, I have no idea.
