Some guy in Glendale, California, has been accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend with help from the global positioning system (GPS). He is accused of apparently attaching a GPS-capable mobile phone running software called AtlasTrack from Networks In Motion to her car, then showing up to harrass her at random times and places. AtlasTrack, designed for small business owners who want to track their fleet of delivery trucks (or whatever), is motion-activated, and sends location information to a web-based map.
