Current World Text Champion Arttu Harkki broke his own speed typing record (on a mini-QWERTY keyboard) with a Treo 650. Arttu typed out the official Guinness World Records paragraph in just 2 minutes 22.9 seconds, which shattered his own record set in 2001 of 2 min 58 sec. And he did it with just one thumb.
